Going by my vein of form in liking Canadian bands (The Dears, The Shins, etc.), they're another one that follows suit.
Unfortunately, due to "acquiring" I don't know the names of all the songs, but the one with "neighbourhood" in the title is brill.

Yeah I think that they're excellent. Their single 'Power Out' is a tad odd, but they're pretty distinctive and they have a strange atmosphere to all of their songs.
