I have not achieved the grades to get an unconditional offer for Honours History and therefore can't go to Germany to study.

I missed out by about 10% as well.
Now I need to wait for a month to see if they'll let me in, that'll be fun.
I know none of you care but whatever gaybys.

Hmmmmm.

Badger the people who decide with enthusiam for studying in Germany, ring them up to check things (living expenses etc) as if you're 100% sure they'll pick you to go.

I'm pretty sure they'll let me in... especially since I just missed the cut and I've planned to go abroad.

I don't know anything about you in the slightest, but you didn't exactly seem "geared up" about revision and the tests...

To try and cut it short.
I needed at least 2 B grades (70-85%) and 1 A grade (85-100%).

I got 3 B grades in the end with one B+ so I just missed it. It is a stupid grading system anyway.

Pretty crappy considering they would all have been A+ at school or at the other diddy Universitys in the city.

I'd be pretty sure they'll let you go anyweay. They usually set these 'targets' slightly higher than they actually want to avoid people who are 'just under' the REAL barrier from wasting their time.

I didn't get the grades I needed for my first choice University but they let me in a soon as I called (about 5 minutes after getting my results).
