i have been used to online pc problems but i was hoping ps2 network gaming would be better.
there is no-one at all on xiii, smackdown vs raw is a select few and need for speed players are very picky.
call of duty finest hour has a lot of players, but the server seems to crash all the time.
if sony want this to do well they should sort out the crap and make the damn system work!!!

Its far more fun with your own friends. I remember the good old days of MicroMachines and Quake 2 on the PS1. In the past 8 months of me having XBox LIVE I've only been on it twice. I'd much rather have a social gathering than be a loner sat in my room playing against people I dont know.

Took me 20 minutes with reading everything and making sure i didn't mess it up, it was quite easy.

TBH Xbox Live is far easier.

PC gaming has more possibilities though.

I'm not bothered about online gaming either. Especially when it's more fun to get a few mates round and play Quake 3 until three o'clock in the morning:

Me + Friends + Quake 3 + Beer = A better night than being sat in a room on your own, playing online, surely?

I can't even be bothered to try and get into online PS2 gaming. I'm not prepared to go the hassle of getting it set up when I know I'll inevitably get angry with it. There's bound to be a load of problems.

Online PC gaming is perfect. Simple, user-friendly and very approachable. Why bother with anything else.

Smackdown Vs Raw has possibly the worst online mode possible, it is stupidly limited, Tiger Woods was badly set up, the only one i like is Socom and i can be found on there regularly.
