Would love to drum up a petition for the road user.As we will be paying per mile in the pipe-line for driving I believe this should be shared by ALL road users.This would include Cyclists as there is expense on their part with Cycle lanes and traffic lights for the Cyclist being constantly added.If the car/van/lorry etc driver etc has to pay for the use of the road then so should cyclists! Lets start a petition and bring our costs down for the driver.Paul
