True, but hendrix did it first. He invented the guitar virtuoso!!! Players like steve vai, paul gilbert, joe satriani etc., yeah technically they are better than hendrix was in terms of speed, but hendrix was infinitely greater in terms of influence and innovation. sorry if this has already been said, i cant be bothered to scroll through 4 pages of people probably drifting off topic :p
