I currently have a NVIDIA GeForce 4 MX 420 as my video card.

I haven't up dated the drivers in ages. Some games are starting to complain. Is updating the driver simply the case of going to a NVIDIA website and downloading a generic driver? Or do I need a specific one?

Indeed.

But then the rest of the PC that supports it, cowars beneath it's technologically advanced pedestal.

Heh. My card appears to be the worst one nVidia do.

What a joke.

I thought it was that simple, but it always helps just to check to make sure I don't mess it up, cos I've lost the disks and stuff for old drivers.

Just out of interest, my card's reasonably old and weak right? Everyone seems to talk about MB but I have no idea what mine is.

I'd assume its a generic driver. Ati has always been that way, so I'd presume nVidia is, unless you find otherwise then theyre generic. Simple, non?
