Try switching to Letterbox view? Just a thought...

I radomly got that one day. Hasn't gone away, and the menu moves about everywhere. It's annoying, but you get used to it,

There's always been a very small shake thinking about it but I don't find it to bad. I want to know where the hell they recorded the white noise for the menues. Some of it is wierd if you leave your Xbox on.
