there is this great ps one game called poket fighter ....is a carotoon, but old...without smoothed out graphics even...but the characters are great...theres even a panda with stop sign posts that come out of hus wrists and knok ure enemies off of cliffs

maybe...poket fiter is delirioulsy stupid though...one character...a tiger...ahs footballs for hands...and he punches people...how incredibly random
