...So that's what the book says, could someone please give me a link to what I would require, I want at least 512MB, cheers.

This is DDR400 however it will still work in your motherboard but will only run at 333Mhz.
They have a nice little tool that allows you to enter your PC model and make and then it will display all compatible RAM modules.
