They can't just put their foot down when they feel like it. They need to have actual rules for the amount certain clubs in certain positions should be fined, and how long any suspensions/etc. should last for. Otherwise you just get the inconsistancy they currently have.

Don't know why Chelsea were fined, one because 300k is hardly going to make Roman bat an eyelid, he'll probably make that back in interest within a day and secondly all clubs tap up players, it's been going on for years. But like in the past the FA aren't exactly ones for consistency

Don't know why Chelsea were fined, one because 300k is hardly going to make Roman bat an eyelid, he'll probably make that back in interest within a day and secondly all clubs tap up players, it's been going on for years. But like in the past the FA aren't exactly ones for consistency
