Well, I've learnt something today.
Cheers. I thought it had something to do with commission.
On Target Earning.
It usually applies to sales jobs, means commission is involved.
Which means a poor basic unless you hit the targets every week/month.
Don't believe them, it's a con. You'll never make the OTE
