So, this morning I went on the internet, the connection speed was 512 kps or something. And this afternon it's gone up to 2.2mps. I'm on BT. Is it a free upgrade or something?
I never get anywhere near my cap. So I chose to upgrade.

They're not upgrading me but I get to keep my no cap. A fair trade.
Yeah, BT are upgrading everyone to 2Mb. However, it comes at a price... as of August, we have a 15GB (upgradable to 30) download/upload limit, and it's £1.50 or so per extra Gb.

Happened to me on Tiscali for the first 10 days of this month, whilst they released some other upgrades.
