Getting bored of my Gamecube and fancy buying a Playstation 2. Anyone know roughly when the PS3 is being launched, as I don't want to buy a PS2 if the PS3 is coming out in 2005.

Tried ebay, only cheap 2nd hand ones you can get for £50 or less are faulty.

Ive seen it. Just go to google and type ps3. It iss the same but there is diffrent coulers for it. There is also a psx. Thats handheld.

Late 2005 is the earliest possible time it will come out in Japan.
Wont be here before 2006. Even if it does come out earlier, you've got tons of games to fall back on that would be pretty cheap.
