So now, when someone doesn't understand your self harm plight, you at least have a role model to look up to. And who better than 2 times Olympic Gold Medallist, Kelly Holmes? Exactly. Be proud. Across the jugular.

When you think about it. We all take on forms of self harm every day. Fatty foods, smoking and drinking alcohol for example.

Because retards keep the Premiership going with both players and fans.

Kelly doesn't seem to know it, but what she was actually doing with her "cutting myself everyday I was injured" was reminding herself (in a brutal way) of the pain of failure.

This behaviour probably helped her more than harmed her.

At least the yanks are allowed competitions.

I've took part in three sack races over the years.

I won all three.
