Has anyone got thier Xbox linked up to thier wireless broadband? And if so, what are you using?

Thinking of going on live for Forza and Pro evo, but the problem is that my xbox is downstairs while my broadband is upstairs. I've got a wireless router though, so it should be pretty simple if i just plug in a wireless network adapter into the xbox?

Cheers for any help.

Dose the PC have to be switched on every time you want to play Xbox live?

One in the box if I remember rightly.
Use it to connect bridger to PC to config and then to xbox after config

It's easy, just don't make the same mistake I did, not being technically minded.

Unplug the router from your PC, plug the bridger directly into your PC to configure it, then just plug the router back into your pc, take the bridger downstairs and hook it to your xbox.
Et voila

It wouldn't have taken me 10mins to do, but I was trying to run the bridger through the router to configure it and it came up with all sorts of error messages.
*shrugs*
I got there in the end
