You will find a parachute on top of the biggest building in the down town part of los Santos, you cant miss it its a tall round white building. And you can find the rest round the countryside. ATV if u mean quad bike are quite tricky to find they are sometimes by the of the farmyards.
the mountain bike you get when you have to do a mission for og loc and this is where you have to get the lyrics of mad dog mike. after you get the lyrics it is just outside his house. atv u get doin a mission in the country side for catalina. long way i think.
