"Two Star Wars fans are in a critical condition in hospital after apparently trying to make a light sabre by filling fluorescent light tubes with petrol.
A man, aged 20, and a girl of 17 are believed to have been filming a mock duel when they poured fuel into two glass tubes and lit it.
The pair were rushed to hospital after one of the devices exploded in woodland at Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
A third person present at the incident had been questioned, police said."

Walk the woods. I still can't believe they used a glass tube. At least a plastic one would havemelted and giving em' an indication this wasn't a good idea. Nutters isthe right word for people with exploding light sabres
Surely even if it didn't explode the swinging of a tube filled with lit petrol would surely be a short fight, as the other person would get covered with it on the first swing.
Seriously
The closest I get to playing with Lightsabers is with those long cardboard tubes you get from christmas wrapping paper
