Ok, so I was walking through the town this morning after getting sent for milk. As I walked passed the local tesco I saw this kid - must have only been 7 or 8 at the most - run up to some random OAP and did the "tango" slap, two hands on each face cheek then ran off. The old guy looked upset and I approached him, noticed two red hand prints on his face and being the nice citizen that I am asked him if he was ok, next minute he was shouting abuse at me for not helping him out, then started accusing me of being the "ringleader" and finally told me to fluff off. Pfft...
Should of slapped him.
