Isn't it just the best when filmakers speed up a movie to make it look more exciting. I was watching The Good The Bad And The Ugly on Thursday night and spotted a corker. Just after the bit where Tuco places the man mountain guard on the railway lines to cut his cuffs, Tuco runs after the train and duly leaps aboard (this is speeded up and looks mental).

I can't actually remember that part, it's been too long since I watched the film, must look at it again. However, there is a speeding up effect in "Bring Out the Dead" which is carried off badly. It's a horrible soulless movie though.
