But then this morning I saw a rumoured price for it: just under $500, which is about £300 if I'm not mistaken. Yikes. Of course that's just a rumour, but all these things are planned months, sometimes years, in advance, so it's probably a fairly accurate prediction of what to expect to pay. Sony better pull some better games out of their ports if they want my cash.

I reccomend taking a long walk, having a hot bath and (if possible) making love to a beautiful woman, just to get the balance back in your life. After your natural balance is restored, if you're still planning a year and a half in advance then you're a chronic addict and should just go with the flow, it's incurable.

I remember back in the day buying my Saturn on the release date for £310, that was a bargin.
I've enough unplayed games for PS2 and GC to last me until I die anyway so I'll not rush to buy the newest gadget.
