"Celebrity Love Island"

I expected this to be a totaly sleasy TV show where "celebs" try to have sex with each other. Its actually more of a standard reality TV affair, but with the emphasis on making couples. Most of the celebs are who you would expect on such a show such as Calum Best, Abi Titmus and Rabecca Loos who have all appeared in the tabloids regularly for their sexual exploits. The one celeb who seemed wrong from the begining is Paul Danan, the ex-Hollyoaks star. Ive never heard anything of his womanising skills and expected him to be rather dull. How wrong was I. He is by far the funniest person to watch due to his lack of cool. He is quite obviously nervous when chatting up the girls and does stupid things (breakdancing and bombs into the pool) as an attempt to impress them. He also fell asleep on a sunbed with the gogles on so has white patches round his eyes. Yet another example of uncool. Thats the kind of stupid thing most normal people would do. He's always trying to chat up Lady Isabella Hervey, but all he ever talks about is how fit she is. She quite obviously doesnt like him but who know what will happen. He just reminds me of a normal person trying to chat up a woman rather than people like Calum Best who only have to turn up somewhere and women fall at his feet. Actually, he reminds me a bit of myself. Ive done stupid things to impress girls and sometimes say the wrong thing.
Having Paul Danan has made this show watchable. It would be pretty stale without him. If you havent seen it you should check it out, just to see what stupid thing he says/does next.

I thought it was actually quite good for a reality TV show

It is, on most part, rubbish. I dontnt expect it to be great and its not an essential watch. As Ive already said tho, because of Paul Danan being so unintentionaly funny it makes it better than any other reality shows ive seen. He's like a kid in a sweetshop and he just cant hold himself back.
