I really need to cut down in my salt intake, I went for a basketball session in the sun today and sweated loads. The sun then dried the sweat and I found tiny tiny salt crystals!!
Im sure thats not a good sign, although I could package the little crystals and sell them as organic salt...

No - it was definately dry salt solution :-(
