This is just a few questions about notables I haven't been able to pick up the answer to yet:
1) Can newbies be candidates? (this is just out of interest, I have no intention of running obviously)
2)Does the chosen notable get a prize such as a GAD or FAD as an incentive to become one?
3)How often are the notable elections?

As far as I know... anyone can.. although, I doubt you would get many votes... ???
The thing seems to be based less on 'ordained' candidates... more on whos voting for whom...

Nope... just gets his colour changed from purple to 'gold', has 'notable' in place of 'regular' and gets mentioned in the SR mag...
