The clock ticked, and not long later it tocked. The bell was about to chime. "Chime, Chime, Chime, Chime" it was 4 a.m. and the owl came out of the top of the clock and hooted.
I looked down and blood stained the kitchen floor, how did i get here, i thought as i woke up from a dreamless sleep. I dragged myself to my feet, using the kitchen cabinets to help pull my weight up, as i still felt dazed.
I looked down and saw blood on my hands. How had this happened? What had happened? Was i still dreaming at this moment? My emotion turned to worry, and i slowly made my way to the door, and into the living room. Still nothing, no family, no siblings, no friends around.
I flicked on the television, and saw the weirdest headline written at the bottom of the screen, i had to rub my eyes to check i wasn't seeing things. To make sure for certain, that i wasn't dreaming these occurances up.
"Highly infectious virus, arrives in Britain - Will eat flesh alive, from the inside out" I didn't get what was going on. I couldn't go outside. Or could I?
I ran back into the kitchen, and in the darkness of the night saw something scurry across the floor. I stopped for a second but it was moving too fast for my eyes to catch it, as it ran into the shadows. I then moved towards the back door and into the Garden. I wa outside. No walls, no boundaries, no protection.
I walked to the back of the garden and over the fence. But what i didn't know was that there was a hillside, on the other side, and i fell down the hill. Plunging into further darkness. I lay there, my back agonisingly painful. My spine stinging from the fall and abrupt landing.
I looked around still on the floor, and realised i was in a thick bush, and thawns were stabbing into my head as i looked around at my surroundings. I put my head back down against the dusty, dry floor. I heard a rustling......

10/10
Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Very pleased
Very pleased with the help given by your staff. They explained technical details in an easy way and were patient when providing information to a non expert like me.
