As you read, i'm stuck on the spray painting mission. The other guy parks the car then you get out and do the one on the other side of the road which is obvious but then there is a dot on the map which i assume is pointing to the next one. I go there and there is nothing there.
I this a mistake with my game or am I just retarded and missing something like 'Spray over at least 5 in this neighberhood' or something.

Yeah, look for two guys.
The arrow actually means it's above you if it's pointing up, it's below if it's pointing down. You need to climb up on a building to find the one you need.
