"Toyota could lose the 29 points it scored up to and including the San Marino Grand Prix after it was revealed that the Japanese manufacturer competed in the first five races of the season without a Superlicence.
According to the June edition of F1 Racing the team didn't have its completed competition paperwork - required in order for it to be eligible to compete - until the after the race at Imola."

I can't see any action being taken. That's not to say there won't be action taken, although it is a really stupid reason.

You'd think the FIA would have checked this before allowing Toyota to race though, wouldn't you?
