After fecking around with UKOnline for the last month, I've given up on them. Has anyone had any experiences with Homechoice? Their 3 for £30 looks mightly tempting.

And who's the government regulator for Broadband companies? I'm willing to start to threaten UKOnline with a complaint. Or something.

I have no idea, I should be able to connect with whatever modem I want, but they;re refusing to help me out until I have their modem/equiptment plugged in.

Which is anal.

How come a standard modem with the login details won't work?

Are you saying that the only way to connect to UKOnline is by using their own modem?

Sounds a bit crappy if true :|

They've successfully sent my modem to a completely different address.

I can't connect at all, and I've tried two different modems.

They're refusing to help me until I get one of their modems.

And they're not replying to my emails.

OFCOM, here I come.
