I somehow managed to make the start bar go to the top of the screen, instead of the bottom. How do I get it back to the bottom? I'm on Windows XP.

Make sure it's not locked by right-clicking on the taskbar and making sure the "Lock the Taskbar" isn't ticked - if it is, tick it. Then just click on the taskbar and drag it to the bottom of the screen.
