"Kill Bill Vol.1"

I just watched this and it's really cool, the fight scenes are nice and gory. :)

But at the end when she ticks off that woman's name she still has 4 more people to kill so does this mean in Vol.2 she kills four people or is there going to be a 3rd Kill Bill with her killing the 3rd person on her list?

Because it isn't that type of movie. It's a tribute to the movies he grew up with.

I was let down by the first film really (haven't seen the second yet). No doubt due to the extremely high hopes I had for it despite not seeing it at the cinema. Probably ruins the atmosphere watching it on my television, but I wouldn't rate it up there with Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs for sure.

The first film was marginally better. The second one seemed to be slightly unfocused and a bit messy. Having said that though, I've seen the first one many times and the second only once. I'll watch it again.

I disagree. The first is a martial arts movie. The second is a western. Both are great for what they set out to achieve.

The bit at the beggining when she kills the blacK woman in front of her daughter was harsh.

So she has killed two people on her list then?

The 1st has much more style and the best of the surprises.

The 2nd has more story but does drag and you can guess what's going to happen in (The Coffin, The Final Death) it a lot more than with the first and it's more cliched.

I thought it was a complete joke of martial arts, i thought it was meant to be serious, but after watching it just ripped off other things and ashamed them.
I couldnt watch anymore. Because it was that rubbish and insulting.

If you'd been paying attention then you'd've noticed that the black woman she killed at the beginning was number 2. :-P

Great stuff, 2's far more adequate in terms of story-telling, but not action.
