I am selling my level 70 runescape character on runescape.
He has almost got full rune (t) and is very cheap!!

Chinese farmers were using co-ordinate changing programs to "teleport" into high end instances and loot chests, then they sold the items to make a lot of gold quite quickly. Thats why blizzard introduced minimum levels on instances in the hotfix.
