Yup, I went with my dad to the count for Edmonton, Enfield North and Enfield Southgate.
Well yeh, by the time you'll read this, the Enfield Southgate will be all over the front pages of all the big papers.
Was incredibly interesting, the way they painstakingly count them all out one by one, why not use machines? Meh, ah well.

Erm, why? Is it more important than the election result as a whole?
And the reason they don't use machines is that machines are suspect to failure. And the means of which they'd do it by machine would always be hard - would old people be able to figure it out? How could you make sure that no-one had hacked the system?

Labour may be in power, but I think the "winners" in this election were Lib Dem, they achieved what they set out to and I think if they build on it then they could become as they say "the real alternative to Labour"
Blair didn't win - Labour did.
