What is a good sure fire way to get your respect way up, because i got high muscle, resonable stamina, good fat, and everything else but i cant seem to get my respect to fly up, help me please

You get loads on San Fierro from Wu Zi. Killing the other gangs works as well if you can't wait but you lose your gang when Sweet is put in hospital for a gun shot wound. That is also when Ryder and Big Smoke betray you which is pretty crap but you meet better people like Jizzy but you are told to kill him but you do missions for him first and he is a good money source.

Go inside a casino, and shoot like friggin hell.
This wil upgrade your respect.
You can also train your weapons that way.

you get it from takeing over teritory, as well as other things..
