Im am a lil bit stuck on this mission, because i keep getting killed by the guards i was thinking of taking a small gang with me when i do it as a slight backup when fighting witht he guards, any tips on how to pass this mission/

Be stealth, dont take a gang as you can't use a gun untill you have the book. It took me a few trys but i got it in the end. It's juat a matter of hidding, then killing people from behind (but on recklessly). don't forget yo pick up the body armour from the dark room. that will help the escape.
Just imagine you're playing Manhunt, it makes things a little easier.
Get the knife and when your are behind someone hold R1 to target then either use circle or triangle to do a stealth kill.

Possibly one of the easiest missions in the game.
