Total n00b question...

On my ethernet controller (nForce2) I have the option to optimize for either CPU or Throughput?

Can some explain which does what and how it affects things? It's currently set for CPU, but would things like my online gaming improve if I set it for TP?

Told you t'was a total n00b question.
