Damn it damn it damn it, I just refuse to learn my lesson, don't I? I'm absolutely positively starting to convince myself that Episode III will be good. There's at least four amazing lightsabre fights to see - Emperor vs Yoda, Emperor vs Mace Windu, Anakin vs Dooku and of course, Anakin vs Obi-Wan - a huge space battle with Tie Fighter prototypes, Star Destroyers, Wookiees, dismembermentm a robot with four sabres, Anakin going mental and killing kids after Order 66...
Is it just me? I don't care about the rubbish script or cruddy acting, if Lucas pulls all of these set-pieces (which I don't doubt he will) then I'll be quite happy.

I think if he opened the film with Jar-Jar's decapitated head on a pole, then slowly rotated the camera around it, panning back and forth for 2 hours, then it would win all the Oscars. The DVD has commentary from Jimmy Smits, as his NYPD Blue character, and Dennis Franz.
