"Safe to drink?"

I found an open bottle of a Smirnoff-esque drink in my cupboard. It's a type of Pina Colada flavour (I only bought it because of the song) and so contains some coconut milk. I remember buying it around this time last year. It doesn't run out until August so I'm just wondering if it'll be okay to drink? I've got some here, but I'm not too sure.

I think the Bailies was 3 years old and been opened.

Infact, I have a little bottle in my room somewhere.

I have drank 3 month old Baileys (after it had been opened), it was still good.
