If i have 512 ram and a 2.2 gigahert computer with 256 graphics card would it be useful to get another 512 MB ram?? and what is the speed of ram all about, is that to do with your processor or just better ram is at a higher speed? I know very little about hardware.
You should get better hardware.

If you've got a 2.2 ghz processor with only 512 ram then it sounds like you could use some more. I've got a 1.9 ghz processor with 768 mb RAM.
