The telephone rang.
"Hello," said Billy.
"Hello Billy," replied a voice.
"Who is this."
"We've been spying on you for the last few weeks and we like that little machine you're making."
"So?"
"So," the voice said, "we're makin' a deal. Give us the machine - made or not made - and there'll be a huge cash reward."
"How much?" Asked Billy.
"Twenty thousand dollars."
This made Billy think. He was alright the way he was, he could pay the bills and buy food but this was a oppurtunity to become rich.
"Fine!" Billy said.
"Great," the voice replied, the voice suddenly became low and serious,
"come to our hideout. It'll be a long journey. Just go to the high street and take a taxi all the way to South London.
"Then you'll come across a large building called 'Site Seeing', it's one of our buildings. Go to the top floor and go to the keypad and type: 886456. After that you'll be dropped into a hard, cube metal thing. Just go past the obstacle. The obstacle course is called: 'Wires'. You'll find out why soon enough."
The voice hung up from the phone.
Billy went straight to High Street and got a taxi. "To South London." Billy said. It wasn't long untill Billy came across the building 'Site Seeing'. He went in and went to the top floor. He couldn't see a keypad but he saw a door. He went though it and then he saw a keppad. he typed in the code.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAa!" Billy screamed as the ground made a hole and sucked Billy up. He landed painfully, Billy had to crouch because it was a cube and it was metal. He walked forward and came across some wires shooting out laser beams. Billy got pass those and there were wires trying to push Billy, Billy grabbed them and broke it. Then he finally got to the end and saw a man with a group of people.
"Billy," the man said.
Billy smiled, he knew he was going to get his cash reward. It was a long journey but it was worth it.
"Billy," the man said again,"you'll have to go back again. You forgot your machine."
Humorous ending, would've been funnier if you had described his journey in more detail...
Oh yeah, "he saw the wires and he broke it, doesnt really make sense...
Very nice idea apart from those fiddly-twiddle bits. Good job!
