Hi everyone,

Please can anyone advise on creating a form to mail with freeola. What are the adjustments needed, my form is a simple "application" type which requests information to post details to.

Would be very grateful for any help on this, really stuck.

Thanks again

In the exapmple the "green text" is commented HTML so it's up to you if you delete it or not. Perhaps you could clean it up once you're happy it's all working?

The FORM can be part of any page, so it can look the same as your exisiting site.

Right then, presumably I delete the green text when I have input the appropriate details? doI have to upload differently or can I just include the form on one of the website pages?

Just noticed there is a typo on the freeola page.

Make sure you use this syntax: cgi-bin/form_to_mail.php
Not form-to-mail.php as they show in one example.

I'll let freeola know...

Once you start working with the FORM code supplied by freeola you'll hopefully see how to construct a FORM and add fields as required.

I'm using this without any problems on about 15 different domains - are you sure you've followed their instructions ?!

The php problems that were introduced when freeola tightened their php security were resolved within a few days when the problems occurred last June (boogle virus).

Thanks for your replies, I have copied the form script and will try my level best to work with it. My friend spent ages on this.
How can I add more boxes to create a "Name, address, telephone number" style form?

Thanks again for your help, greatly appreciated.

Most people can't get that form working, Freeola edited their servers and blocked some php code ages ago, don't even know why that form is still up there.
