But now im listening to caring is creepy by the shins its from their album called Garden state. Im finding them very good right now I only started listining to them when you said about them,and they are great!

No, but I've heard it. That's their second album (although there's a few EP's kicking around out there) and is the one I'm asking for.

Starting work on their next album in May and say it should be about in the next six months. I just hope they don't rush it.
