Does anyone complain to big companies much? If so, what about and what did you get back?
Oh almost forgot, I once complained to Index, the catalogue shop because we reserved a bouncy castle for the kids and they sold it to someone else when we were on our way to pick it up, I got 25% off and an electric pump / deflator.....it definitely pays to make a fuss (but do it in writing, its more effective
I once complained to my mortgage provider and got nowt (no surprise there then)
When I worked at KFC, we used to get loads of complaints, it's so easy to blag a free meal.
Just ring up and say you had a 10 piece bucket, but there were only 6 pieces in there when you got home. Moan a bit and they'll probably give you a free 10 piece bucket.

I once melted a paperclip into an Aero bar, then sent it off to Nestle demanding a free box to make up for finding it in there. Never got a reply though :(

Nope, big compaqnies moan at me a lot though. Usually banks.
