Is there a subway diet?
The reason i asked is i just watched Austin Powers: Goldmember and Bat Fastard Wouldn't let me spell his real name, the filter kicked in says at the end that he went on the Subway diet.
Is there really one or was this just a joke that i am stupid enough not to clock?

I just watched Supersize Me, very informative about fat. Eating McDonalds for a month destroys your Liver and makes you obese
I knew the obese part already...didn;t know the liver part though
or find an episode of South Park called "Jared has Aides"
Apparently this guy in American ate nothing but subway and it helped him lose weight (he also had personal trainers helping him excercise too) and Subway used it as a big marketting campaign in the USA to show they do healthy food. It's the fast-food version of the Atkins diet I guess.

This Supersize Me film must have really messed up promotion for this McDonald's new Healthy Eating theme
I think Jared ate Subways low fat/calorie subs as part of his calorie/intake controlled diet. He lost a lot of weight.
- Can't remember too much about the subway diet commercials, other than a picture of Jared before, then him wearing a pair of his old 'pants' to demonstrate how much he had lost.

No because it was filmed before they brought it in, the whole reason MD's has salads is because of that film although even then they still serve the salad with fried chicken!

I had a Meatball Sub today with cheese and no salad. It was soooooooooooo nice.
Subway is pretty pricey though isn't it.
