Done ok for myself today :-) I was talking about how much I love Conkers Bad Fur Day (play it round my mates) to someone at work and they pointed me in the direction of someone who was selling an N64 and games. Most of the games he had were a bits pants but I did manage to walk away with an N64 and Perfect Dark for £20 ;-))

He asked for £40 at first but a bit of haggling got the price down and I walked away with a damn good deal ;-))

Gonna borrow Conkers off my mate tomorrow after a considerable amount of pathetic begging ;-))

I think the problem with me and F1 is the fact that I'm used to racing games like Gran Turismo. You have to break earlier for corners in F1 and cause I'm concentrating on the road, I'm not looking at my speed and I feel like I'm going slower than I actually am ;-))

Of course I end up slamming into a wall or something. I've been perservering with it but I'm getting a bit annoyed with it so I've been running to Perfect Dark and Conker's a lot now ;-))

Don't wanna have to give Conker's back to my friend ;-))

I actually did have one, but I ended up trading it in cause I felt a bit silly with this Pikachu console on the side
;-))

Then Conker's came out and I was gutted ;-)) I was planning on getting another (original style) N64 sometime but never got the cash aside for it with my gf being here soon.

But of course this weekend my luck came in a little and I got that deal :-) I just borrowed Conker's from my mate today and its such an excellent game. I've just helped that queen bee and shot some scouse dung beatles ;-))

I'm now sorting out that mouse by getting the cheese ;-))
I've seen some of the game already with my friend showing me certain parts of it. That game has got one of the best bosses i've ever seen in a game - Sloprano or whatever his name is, the opera singing, er, poo ;-))

Iam doing the Championship with Micheal on Novice and with all damage, failures, flags, tyres and fuel turned ON and 25% race distance. I find it very easy to complete the race, fly ahead and get well over a minute ahead depending on the track. Its a great game i've been doing challenge for teh last 4 hours and have a pretty good time of 1:45:097. Iam going to join the SR team when the sites up and running again. Savatt1668 you should come along and join if you havent. Theres prizes to be won, check out www.scee.com/f1 to find out all the information.

Played through the first few levels of Perfect Dark :-) Excellent game :-) I've played it a little before on my friends N64 but I wasn't paying much attention, we was doing co-operative mode so i was wondering around shooting what i could while he knew everywhere to go ;-))

But now I've sat down and played it properly I'm getting really into it :-) Love using the Sniper Rifle ;-))

Like the way you earn cheats and stuff just like in Goldeneye as you progressed through it.

I'm playing both Perfect Dark and F1 2001 (on PS2) over this bank holiday ;-)) Theres been a lot of colourful language at F1 though - be wonderful when I can finish a damn race !!! I know I can turn the damage off but that takes away a big part of it all ;-))

I heard from a reliable friend, that his mate traded in an N64 with 2 controllers, and 8 games, and got a PS2 for £20!!!

Is this likely?

BEcaise I have an N64, 2 controllers, 11 games, 3 rumble paks, a memory pak AND an expansion pak!

I'll try to find out where he reckons it was from!
