Yeh you can use it for MSN, you just need to register it for a passport at passport.com
I used to have Hotmail but got a Gmail invite about a year ago and switched over. Over 2GB of space free, no banner ads, grouped emails into conversations? It's far better.
By the way if anyone wants a Gmail invite to see what it's like, my address is on my profile.

Yeh you can use it for MSN, you just need to register it for a passport at passport.com

i've had nothing but trouble with MSN, im not allowed to sign into my .NET passport as we speak, its really gone bad since MSN 6.2

As for msn, mines been screwing up recently, but it's been ok when I've tried at college so it is probably my problem not hotmails.
Mines been dandy; got a .com and a .co.uk addy, and both have been okay.
