I have 2 pc's one old and one quite new. i installed network cards and everything on to them bu t only the decent pc can recognigse the nework, the old one doesnt even know its on a network? can somebody help?

Well i believe that if it's not a card problem then it's your modem, i have never had such a problem, but my friend has so i'll consult with him and tell you tomorrow what he said.

If it's not a card problem then it's something else to do with your PC, the best thing to do is go back and ask again and tell them that you have bought a new card and it still doesn't work.

I have a similar problem with Direct Cable Connection. The Win98 can find the WinME, but not vice versa. Help?
