Got my mum to phone up NTL to get hte free upgrade.
Upgraded to 2mb because it's cheaper, but faster.
It's nice and fast, you can actually see a differance. As long as i dont download over a gig a day :S i'll be alright.

It not a monthly limit with NTL(apart from the 1gb) which is alright, because i would probably reach that limit in a month, because i usually have 3 computers on the network at the same time.
With NTL it's downstream only.
I checked before I changed to it, what with me using bittorrents a bit and usually letting them get to a nice share ratio before stopping them.

BT introduce a 30Gb cap in June... and that includes uploads, also.

With the bandwidth limit, is it if you download that amount, or download and upload combined?
