Did a virus scan recently, some how I've got two of these on my computer. They've gained access to some of my accounts which are password protected and it's really worrying me.
So I virus check it and it finds them, but it fails to delete. Are there any other ways? Or is a complete re-install the best option?
Any help would be very much apreciated!

If you want to be absolutely sure reformat, in this sort of case i would want to be absolutely sure.
