Hey guys. I need a program on my computer that downloads music (although that isn't something I do that often so its not vital), stores Music from CDs easily, and is just a simple program that has songs from your CDs saved on it, and songs you've downloaded, and thats all very accessible in a neat little menu.

This might not be the right place to post about it, but I figured music lovers would know the score and help me out.

I want something like Itunes which you get on the Mac but one for the PC if that makes it clearer.

Thanks in advance

I see someone else isn't too happy with the Palace result earlier. And I thought I was the only one who cared...

For some reason our, originally Win2000 computer got changed to Win1998, and I'm not sure why that was, but it means it wont download iTunes.

Anywho, I'll catch ya later chris.

Ta for the input.

It's a piece of software for downloading and organising music.

But if you want "something like iTunes"...use iTunes.
If it does exactly what you want it to do, what's the point of changing?

Have to try something new man, it's just the way I work. And if I don't find anything else that floats my boat, I guess I'll have to resort to *tsk*... itunes. :-)

So basically what you want is the PC version of iTunes, which is freely available from Apple's website if you actually look.
