Based on the fact I like most of those bands/albums, and what I've bought recently: Kaiser Chiefs - Employment.
The next Offspring album is a 'best of' I believe. So maybe wait for that?

You said they sounded good... Now go buy their album.
The Killers album does not have any bad tracks on it. It's just because people expect Mr. Brightside quality throughout, but that's an absolutely brilliant track. Listen to the later tracks, like Glamorous Indie Rock and Roll or On Top. Great stuff.
I quite liked Somebody Told Me, that quality throughout?
