Use the internet just search, it'll cost about £3 or go to the market or phone shop and they'll do it.

There is a few dodgy shops around me that advertise in papers. All say they'll unlock most phones, check your local papers and ask around, chances are someone you know will know a cheap place that will do it.

Someone I know owns a website that does it; www.phonesunlocked.co.uk, but they don't do NEC phones.

Local shop near me charges £5/£10 depending on the model. Hardly expensive, since it adds about £20 - £30 on resale.

Yeh, that's what I feared. Oh well. I'll be off to CeX tomorrow to have a look at the price they do it for. Thanks anyway.

You missunderstand. Not locked as in the pin code! Locked as in I want to use a different network sim card and need it unlocking.

If it's only the "PUK Code" that you need, you can just phone up your Sim Card people.

I did that when I forgot my pin and locked my phone.

10/10
Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
I am delighted.
Brilliant! As usual the careful and intuitive production that Freeola puts into everything it sets out to do. I am delighted.
